Great lighter and customer service
Really like the lighter, looks good and the shape makes it easy to light things without burning fingers or lighter getting hot! Definitely recommend!

Soft Flame Lighter

Ignition not best
Great ergonomics, powerful and surprisingly windproof, but ignition not reliable; always 7-8 clicks before it lights. Annoying.

Aesthetic, ergonomic, solid mechanism
The inverted soft flame is fun to use and stylish. It is comfortable in the hand and perfect for those occasions when a soft flame is appropriate to ignite something gently.

Great lighter for pipes
I love this lighter for my pipes! Nice, soft flame & very comfortable to use. There will be a few more purchased for Christmas gifts this year!
